Staff Area : Creating Tickets
It is possible for your staff to create tickets directly from their login, this is especially useful for organizations that have a call-center setup, allowing staff to log tickets on behalf of users or simply create an internal ticket.
For staff to Log a ticket, they simply need to click on the relevant link, in this example we are utilizing the Liquid Theme.
Mouse over the 'Tickets' button, and then click the 'Log New Ticket' button which appears in the sub-menu. After clicking this you will be taken to the logging form.
Staff simply need to then fill in this form as required, selecting any desired deadlines or staff assignment credentials and saving the ticket. The ticket will then be logged in the system immediately.
